Your tech should work for you

Let's make sure it does. As a tech strategy consultant, the work starts by understanding what you already have, how your business actually runs day to day, and what would genuinely make things clearer and easier, not more complex.

Some clients come to me because something feels off and they don't want to guess. Others know exactly what needs fixing and want it handled properly.

Most clients work with me in one of the options below, depending on where they are right now.

Robyn Bennett — Tech Strategy Consultant

How I Approach the Work

Before touching tools or automations, I look at the full picture. That includes how leads, clients, payments, and communication currently move through your business, what is working well enough to leave alone, and where confusion, duplication, or manual effort has quietly built up over time.

When AI or automation is part of the conversation, I assess whether it will actually reduce effort, improve reliability, or support decision-making—rather than add another layer to manage.

This approach keeps the work focused, proportional, and aligned with how your business actually operates—so you're not constantly babysitting every automation.

What happens when the tech finally gets handled

"Before I met Robyn, I felt hopeless about the online world. I'd wasted money on other coaches and was ready to give up. Robyn met me with strategy, empathy and integrity — and that changed everything. I made five figures on my first launch with her."

Frequently Asked Questions

A tech strategy consultant looks at where your business is, where it needs to go, and how your tech supports that. I review your platforms, funnels, automations, workflows, and AI tools, then help you decide what to fix, simplify, rebuild, or connect next.
No. Some clients come with messy systems that were built over time and no longer make sense. Others are starting with very little and want to build correctly from the beginning. The work adjusts based on what already exists and what the business needs next.
No. I work with platforms like Kartra, GoHighLevel, FG Funnels, Zapier, Systeme.io, and others, but the platform has to fit the business. If a tool is not right for your offer, workflow, team, or stage of growth, we look at better options before building.
That is very common. I review systems built by other people, explain how they work in plain language, and help you decide what to keep, fix, simplify, or rebuild. The goal is to make your tech easier to understand, manage, and trust going forward.
Usually, no. I do not believe in rebuilding everything just for the sake of it. The goal is to keep what works, improve what is causing friction, and only rebuild when it is clearly the simpler, smarter, and more sustainable option.
Yes, when AI makes sense for the business. I use AI to reduce manual work, improve consistency, support decision-making, and streamline workflows. I do not add AI just to make something sound impressive. If it does not create a clear benefit, it does not belong.
You do not need to be technical. Your job is to explain what you want your business to do. My job is to translate that into the right systems, automations, workflows, and AI support so the backend works without making your brain leak out your ears.
Both. I handle the technical work, but I also explain what was done and why. You do not need to learn every button and setting, but you should understand how your systems work well enough to make smart decisions about your business.
Both. Some clients need a focused fix, like a broken opt-in, funnel, automation, or integration, often handled through a Tech VIP Day. Others need a larger build, cleanup, or ongoing support. The right option depends on the state of your systems, your business priorities, and what needs to happen next.
The first step is a free strategy call. We look at what is working, what is not, and what your business needs next. From there, we decide whether strategy, implementation, a focused fix, or ongoing support is the best fit.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

That's normal.

The strategy call is where we talk through what's working, what isn't, and what makes sense next—without pressure to choose anything on the spot.
