About Robyn Bennett

Tech Strategy Consultant and Founder of The Technology Queen

Mission

I help business owners bring clarity, structure, and reliability to their tech, automation, and AI systems so their business is easier to run and easier to grow.

Hi, I'm Robyn, a tech strategy consultant and business strategist, and the founder of The Technology Queen.

For nearly two decades, I've worked inside real businesses, mapping how platforms, funnels, automations, and workflows behave once people start using them day to day. I started in tech long before "online business" became a buzzword, and over the years I've seen just about every variation of half-working systems, tangled funnels, and confusing automations.

My background includes computer programming, virtual assistance, summit coordination, and hands-on implementation across hundreds of launches, funnels, and campaigns. That mix of experience taught me how strategy, tech, and marketing intersect, and what holds up once planning turns into daily operations.

Today, I partner with business owners who want their tech, automation, and AI to feel clear and dependable. Some come with systems built over time that no longer make sense. Others are starting from scratch and want to build thoughtfully from the beginning. My role is to look at the big picture, explain what's happening, and help you decide what to fix, what to improve, and what to leave alone.

I work across platforms including:

Kartra, FGFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Systeme.io, and custom AI integrations. The tools matter, but only when they support a system that fits how your business runs.

Outside of client work, I'm happiest at home with my family, a good book, and my animals—one much-loved dog and two cats who keep life interesting.

You nailed the verbiage! It really does sound like my voice. The layout and design are gorgeous. It is honestly just phenomenal. It is obvious that you not only know what you are doing on the tech side, but you go way above and beyond just tech.

About Working With Robyn

A tech strategy consultant looks at your entire tech stack—funnels, automations, platforms, and AI tools—and helps you decide what to keep, what to fix, and what to simplify so everything works together reliably. This can include audits, roadmaps, hands-on implementation, and ongoing optimization.

If you are unsure what is wrong, what to prioritize, or which tools make sense, strategy comes first. If you already have a clear plan and need someone to build or fix specific pieces, that is implementation. Many clients start with strategy and then move into implementation support.

No. Some clients come with systems that grew over time and no longer make sense. Others start with a blank slate. Both are fine—the work simply shifts from cleanup and optimization to thoughtful setup and planning.

No. While I work extensively with platforms like Kartra, FGFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Systeme.io, the focus is always on what fits your business model, team, and stage of growth. If a tool is not a good fit, we look at better options.

Yes. A large part of my work involves reviewing systems built by multiple people over time. I assess what you already have, explain it in plain language, and recommend what to fix, simplify, or rebuild so it is easier to manage moving forward.

Yes. If you have a specific or time-sensitive problem, a Tech VIP Day or focused implementation project can be used to troubleshoot, fix, and stabilize that piece so you can move forward confidently.

Not usually. The goal is to keep what is working, improve what is not, and only rebuild when it is clearly the simpler and more sustainable option. You will always understand why a change is recommended before anything is updated.

You do not need to be technical. Your role is to explain what you want the business to do. My role is to translate that into systems, automations, and AI workflows that support those goals without unnecessary complexity.

Both. I handle the technical setup and troubleshooting, and I also explain what was done in clear language so you understand how your systems work and can make informed decisions going forward.

Both. Some clients work with me on a specific project like a migration, funnel build, or cleanup. Others continue with ongoing support to monitor systems, optimize performance, and plan future automation or AI initiatives.
