I don’t know but if you’re anything like me, then you probably can’t believe we’re only a few days away from November and that there are only 2 months and change left in the year! Wow time flies…

I thought rather than allowing this to instill a sense of panic or urgency, causing you to maybe lose focus and give up on any of the goals you haven’t been able to meet this year..

Let’s pause.
Take a breath.

This year is not over yet, which means there is still time to accomplish what you want.

Here are 4 goals for you to think about crushing in these last two months of 2019!

Goal 1: Dutifully Revisit All Your Old Goals from the Start of 2019

New Year’s resolutions are notorious for their rate of failure. Filled with nostalgia and inspiration, people set personal and business goals at the beginning of the year without designing a clear plan for accomplishing them. As the year draws nearer to a close, it’s too easy for people to cast their unmet goals aside as unimportant, uninteresting, or impossible. You tell yourself you’ll try again next year, year after year after year.

Don’t let that be you. Even if you’ve forgotten about half the goals you made at the beginning of this year, you still have time to work on them!. Don’t rely on the excuse that “you’ll do that later.”

It’s never too late to get back on track with your goals and aspirations. No matter what month of the year it is, you’ll never run out of time to start heading in the direction you want. So dig up all your goals from the beginning of 2019, make a physical spreadsheet, and mark off any of the items you’ve accomplished so far and then concentrate on the ones you still want to go after.

If you had a goal to raise your blog or website’s unique visitor count by 10,000 views in 2019, then it’s time to start grinding! If you want to increase your client base, email list, or monthly revenue, rekindle those goals and go for them! For any of your goals that are actually impossible to meet by the end of 2019, simply make adjustments to them this year and re-evaluate it again next year.

Goal 2: Do Something Restful Daily that You Love

Remember that life isn’t only about working hard. You have to balance that with both rest and things you love. Even if you love your job, it’s important to take breaks in order to rejuvenate, refocus, and have the energy to work even better later. Without giving your body and mind a chance to rest, heal, and enjoy, you’ll end up burning yourself out and possibly even hating what you used to be passionate about.

Goal 3: Invest in Self Development

You should always be learning and striving to improve at your trade. Read books on business, health, and mindset. Invest in workshops, events, and trainings. Listen to podcasts more than you watch TV. Challenge yourself to grow and improve in these next two months and you’ll see your business grow and improve as well.

Goal 4: Start Setting Up Goals for 2020!

Just like it’s never too late to start going after what you want, it’s never too early to be forward thinking. Start thinking about what worked and what didn’t for you in 2019, and set some ambitious goals for 2020. Then start developing a real plan to accomplish them and do even better than you have before!

Have an easy Monday!

Robyn
